From raw lac
to your wrist
Krishvi started at a kitchen table with one heat lamp and a box of brass wire. We still work the same way, only with more hands. Here's what happens after you place an order.

Warming
Raw lac is softened over a low flame until it stretches like toffee, then rolled into an even coil.

Shaping
The coil is wound on a wooden former sized to your measurement and joined by hand — the join is smoothed, never glued.

Setting
Stones, mirrors and thread are pressed in while the surface is still tacky, so nothing is stuck on afterwards.
04
Curing & packing
48 hours to cure fully, a skin-safety check, then padded into a reusable cotton pouch.
